Bespoke Metal Furniture
I design and make custom metal furniture like tables, chairs, and storage pieces that balance good looks with everyday usability. Every piece is built to suit your needs, with comfort and practicality just as important as the design.
Process
It starts with a conversation to understand what you’re after, then I turn that into detailed designs and material choices (steel, aluminium, brass, etc.). From there, each part is cut and shaped using a mix of traditional and modern techniques, then welded or assembled to make sure everything is strong and built to last.
Materials
I mainly use steel (mild or stainless) for strength, aluminium when weight matters, and brass or copper for a more decorative finish. These often get paired with wood, glass, stone, or marble to bring everything together. I also like working with recycled or reclaimed materials – they’re more sustainable and add a bit of character you don’t get from brand-new stock.
